The main technique on the Happiness Program is called Sudarshan Kriya®, a research-backed breathing technique that has helped millions of people release stress, experience deep meditation, and get back in touch with their true self. On the introductory session, you’ll get a taste of yogic breathing exercises and their benefits.
Instructor: Rutika Ghotkar
Rutika is an instructor of the Art of Living Foundation's workshop Youth program and Happiness program which comprises breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and spiritual wisdom.
Introduced to the Art of Living course in 2007 in her college, Rutika has been practicing these techniques for 10 years now. Since then, she has organized and taught workshops in many different cities in US and India - well attended by students, teachers, professionals, doctors, entrepreneurs and educators from diverse backgrounds. Her sessions are filled with a great combination of wisdom and humor. Rutika is also Computer Engineer by profession and works for software company.
