In just a few weeks, you can experience the benefits of meditation in your life.  The goal of this class is to provide basic meditation techniques and help you cultivate your own personal mindfulness practice. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.  This is a great class for those who are new to meditation and those who have previous experience.
