This women's yoga circle will focus on bringing a community of soul-filled women together for an evening of creating new and releasing old through yoga and gentle movement, learning, and connection (with wine). The circle is timed with the new moon so we will salute the moon and reflect on the changes we will embrace with her. In addition to yoga, there will be a short guided meditation and lesson on how to use mala beads for quieting the mind. Every woman will leave with mala beads to take home to continue her practice. Our intention is building community, learning a new skill or technique for personal growth and healing, and celebrating the wisdom of women coming together to be empowered and inspired.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat and journal to record any thoughts, insights,reflections.

Erin Henry is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and somatic therapist(LCSW) who has taught yoga and mindfulness meditation techniques for over 6 years. Erin focuses on yoga as a path to wellness by reducing stress, increasing self-awareness, and helping individuals become stronger and more empowered in their mind, body, and spirit!
Sara Moser is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher has been teaching community yoga and private classes for over four years. her hope is to make someone's journey onto their mat, and into their heart, as peaceful and gentle as possible. she believes in the mind-body connection and has witnessed the profound healing that can be facilitated by using the two in the therapeutic journey to wellness.
